Delivery Policy

Terms of Delivery:

Our courier will only deliver to a street address in South Africa. Please contact our customer service department during business hours for shipping outside of South Africa. On all deliveries, a signature is required. All items are delivered Monday through Friday, usually between the hours of 8 a.m. and 17 p.m. When your money clears, your order will be mailed out by 15:00. (SAST). If you live in a grey region, our courier will take a different route and it will take longer to reach. If you live in a grey area, an estimate will be given when your order arrives (subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, road closures, etc.).

Light Goods:

Our chosen courier will deliver your order. If no one is available to sign for the item when our carrier arrives at the delivery address, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or pick up the item from the carrier.

Heavy Goods:

If possible, the item will be delivered to your front door on the ground floor. The carrier will not be able to deliver the goods by stairwell or elevator. You will be responsible for positioning the item and removing the packing materials.
